Founded by M&A and Technical professionals who realised that the M&A transaction process could be greatly improved, especially for Small and Medium Businesses.
Small Businesses are disproportionately impacted by the current M&A transaction process, with lower valuations, higher buyer demands and transactions taking longer to complete.
The founders realised the solution would be a digital M&A Platform using advanced cloud technology to provide secure virtual auctions, deal room, document workflow and automation to reduce the overhead of M&A for company owners and our M&A advisors.
Six months later they launched the world’s first Online M&A Marketplace, enabling sellers and buyers to review, negotiate and complete M&A transactions in record time.
